Capitulation Leg?

The sharp move down just after 3:00 p.m. EDT has some elements of a capitulation move.

    I am no longer sure that I know what capitulation looks like - lately it is like the chupacabra, I tell everyone that I have seen it, but no one believes me...

    hasn't every day in the past 3 weeks looked like that? maybe this is just what a crash looks like ...

    Once we break through the 2002 lows, the markets will find ourselves on a long journey to DJIA 2000. It has happened before. It can happen again. Then we will know what capitulation truly is.

    Looking earlier than 2002, we are into 1998 territory, when the DOW broke through 8000 for the first time.
